Okay, I know no one is usually in the chamber when a congressman’s speech is aired on C-SPAN, but this is just pathetic. People are talking over him. No one is listening to whatever he has to say.
Congressman Mitchell’s comments are right on! He brings a humane common sense approach to an issue which can have such a positive impact on so many human beings!Thank you Congressman Mitchell!
