National Day of Action and BBQ

Thanks to everyone that participated in our National Day of Action today. Arizona had more events and participation than any other state in the country, and that success is because of your hard work and dedication.

The post-canvass BBQ at state headquarters was a lot of fun, and we got to hear from our Attorney General Terry Goddard, Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon, State Reps. Jackie Thrasher, Chad Campbell, Ed Ableser, David Schapira, and Mark Anthony DeSimone.

ADP Executive Director Maria Weeg also gave an excellent speech before heading up to Flagstaff for the Coconino County Democratic Party’s Roosevelt Kennedy Dinner.

It was a pleasure for Josh Garrett and I to serve everyone some tasty burgers and hot dogs, and we hope to see you all again at our next event.

And don’t forget that tomorrow is the State Committee meeting in Phoenix at the Wyndham hotel.
