Creating a Democratic Club

The first step in creating a Democratic Club/Organization is to draft Bylaws for the organization. You can download sample bylaws by clicking here.

Another good resource in drafting bylaws is Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised (Most Recent Edition). There is an entire section on creating bylaws for organizations. The book is a good investment since most organizations use Robert’s Rules as the Rules of Order for their organization. You can purchase Robert’s Rules of Order at Amazon.com or at most local booksellers.
