Sign the petition below to tell Senator Jon Kyl that misleading the Supreme Court, the public, and his colleagues is not acceptable behavior for a United States Senator and that he should apologize for it.

We, the undersigned, call on Senator Jon Kyl to apologize on the floor of the Senate to his Senate colleagues and his constituents in Arizona for inserting a fictitious debate into the Congressional Record to deliberately mislead the US Supreme Court in a high profile national security case.

If Jon Kyl is unable to give a live apology on the Senate floor, we call on Kyl to do what "everyone does" and insert his written apology into the Congressional Record.
