Our Goals • To obtain Marriage Equality in all 50 states and US territories and obtain reciprocity between those states and territories • To Repeal the Federal Defense of Marriage Act • To secure the 1,138 federal marriage rights for all couples who choose to marry regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation • To gain marriage equality supporters through public education and media awareness • To empower people throughout the country by providing them with educational materials on marriage equality • To work with other organizations to raise awareness about the need for marriage equality • To end relationship inequities faced by LGBTIQ people on the state and federal levels
