WATCH: Arizona Continues To Scrutinize Martha McSally Votes To Gut Health Care

After the 2018 election, Arizonans are well aware of McSally’s long record of voting to spike consumer costs and gut protections for Arizonans with pre-existing conditions

PHOENIX — A health care-focused segment from a recent Tucson news broadcast underscores the constant challenge that Sen. Martha McSally will face during her 2020 U.S. Senate run:  Arizonans rejected Martha McSally in 2018 because they know that she has sided with corporate special interests over Arizona, repeatedly voting to to spike consumer health care costs and gut protections for Arizonans with pre-existing conditions.

Now running for Senate in 2020, while continuing to support efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act and gut preexisting condition protections, McSally will invariably be faced with continuing commentary like this:

“Senator McSally had previously voted to repeal much of the Affordable Care Act. The law has helped reduce the number of uninsured in Arizona, and helped make sure people with preexisting conditions were covered.”
